This time, for our Halloween party, we had invited our husband’s best friend, John and his family over for our special Halloween dinner.

John’s wife Emily is such a sweet person and she offered some help for the dinner arrangements. As the men had their own business and other leisure talks, we had a nice time preparing the dinner with lots to talk.

Emily suggested that we make Rotten Deviled Eggs that night. It was a weirdly strange dish to hear but she assured that we all would love it. So, I gave the rights to use my kitchen to her!!!! It’s all hers now 😊 😊 😊

She first boiled the eggs and separated out the egg white and the yolks separately. Then she used a very thin food painting brush and a navy-blue food color to make the outer side of the egg white look like spider webs… It came out really awesome… She set it aside…

Then she took all the yolk, added mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, food dye, salt, & pepper. She mashed them up thoroughly… Now the yellow color of the yolk is gone and it looked colorful. She then added the mashed yolk to the center of the egg and added some dark sesame seeds

They looked really colorful and devilish… Ha…. The Rotten Deviled Eggs are ready… My husband was amused by its appearance… We had a nice Halloween evening… 😊 😊 😊
