  • 200 grams bacon
  • 700 grams Potato
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Finely chopped Green Onion

  • 200 grams bacon
  • 700 grams Potato

Instructions
  1. Cut the potatoes in small cubes and cut the spring onions in small pieces. Boil the processed bacon separately
  2. Now put the pan over the gas oven. Put the oil in the pan and wait for fuming. Then add the potatoes and stir. Cover the pan with lid for baking quickly
  3. Continue stirring till the potatoes are crispy and brown. Then add the bacons to fry till crispy till ten minutes. Add spring onions to fry
  4. Make 4 holes in the pan for creating space for eggs. And pour 4 eggs in the different holes to get cooked
  5. You can cook with more oil or just put like this to get baked. Sprinkle pepper on the pan for seasoning. Add grated cheese on the dish to get melted
The Oven Method
  1. You can cook the item in pre heat method on micro wave.
  2. Adjust at 200 degree pre heat and put the micro wave proof bowl in it. Sprinkle oil and put potatoes in it to heat and give for baking for 30 minutes
  3. Remove the pan from oven and add bacon for baking in oil for further 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan and put 4 eggs in the holes in the pan. Fry in the oven till the white portions are cooked
  5. You can cook the egg as you like till full cooked or crispy. Sprinkle cheese around the eggs and give to melt
  6. Now, the dish is cooked and you can give some resting time in the oven. The total dish will be settled. Then take out the dish and serve. For garnishing, you can add green chilies, sauce, and lemon juice, black pepper if you like.

Modifications

You can add some similar ingredients in the dish as you wish. You can add other vegetable like carrot, beans, capsicum along with potatoes to be cooked. It will add more color and food value to the dish.
