Not only for Halloweens, but this Zombie cocktail would also refresh your mind and ease your thoughts with some rum and pineapple juice.
I love Halloween cocktails and would make some often during dinners and parties in the same Halloween style to attract the guests. Last month was my mom’s birthday and we all had been to our farmhouse. The birthday celebrations, cake cutting, and dancing….
Once all the celebrations were over, my cousin Sarah came to me with a sad face… I asked her what it was and she said, “I fell into a gold-digger prank today”. I was shocked because I know Sarah…. She is not that kind of a person… In fact, she doesn’t even have a boyfriend.
I was astonished started listening to the story. A guy was standing near a pole where on the walkway where she used to go for running. He had stopped her and inquired about her name and address. She had thought that he was hitting on her and had said that she had a boyfriend. Then the guy started moving away from her and had gone near his Lamborghini.
She was surprised and had gone near him inquiring whether the car was his. It was just an inquiry. But then the guy had told her, “How come you enquirer about me just after knowing that I own the Lamborghini? Aren’t you deceiving your boyfriend?”. Taken aback by his comment she had explained to him that she never ever had a boyfriend and she has returned home.
It was a really sad story and I wanted to cheer her up. I said, “Can we have a Zombie Cocktail?”. She was puzzled. I then quickly mixed ice, Martini, lemon liqueur and pineapple juice and shook them in a cocktail shaker. Then I poured it into the Martini glass and filled the rest of the glass with sprite.
Then I drizzled some grenadine in the middle. There… Our Zombie cocktail for this Halloween was ready and she really enjoyed it. Then I changed the topic and we had a very good night… She had completely forgotten about the incident!!!! 😊 😊 😊
