Instructions
  1. Go to the market and pick up a big and wide bell pepper and a bit smaller tomato. Also, buy few eggs.
  2. Wash the bell pepper and the tomato thoroughly. Remove the seeds and the stem of the bell pepper and cut it into ring shape. Do not strangle it from the between. Cut two big rings of the thickness 1/3 inch.
  3. Heat the pan on the oven. After it gets heated, pour a table spoon of butter in the pan and allow it to get melted completely.
  4. Place the bell pepper rings on the pan and let it fry on one side for at least 3 minutes. Simmer the over. High temperature can burn the bell pepper ring.
  5. Cut two thin slices of tomato and place them in between both the bell pepper rings. Season the vegetables with salt and allow them to fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Carefully crack an egg on the top of a bell pepper ring, right over the tomato. Do not worry if a little bit of the egg white get spilled off the bell pepper ring. You can remove it later when the egg solidifies.
  7. Repeat the process for another bell pepper ring as well. Season the egg with salt and black pepper powder. Leave the eggs until they are cooked properly. Do not touch them unless and until the eggs turn white.
  8. Turn off the gas, gentle remove the bell pepper rings from the pan to a plate and pair it up with brown bread. Say good morning and present fried eggs with tomato in bell pepper ring!
