Today, I am going to share an appetizing and tantalizing breakfast recipe with you all. You can call it a mood-changing recipe that gives a real kick start to your day.
The recipe I am going to share is one of my favorite breakfast recipes, the Grilled Cheese Breakfast. Breakfast Grilled Cheese. A classic grilled cheese sandwich loaded with a gooey fried egg, savory sausage, and veggies.
As many of you may know, I am completely obsessed with grilled cheese sandwiches! They are so simple and yet so irresistibly good! Over the years I have made countless grilled cheese sandwiches and more recently I have been experimenting with them and sharing my adventures with you.
This grilled cheese is somewhat spicy, a wee bit hot, and wonderfully filling. There is no such rule that you need to use only pork or beef or bacon for the stuffing. You can use whatever you like as stuffing. Let us discuss the recipe.
Grilled cheese is seriously the king of all sandwiches with toasty grilled bread and an ooey gooey cheesy middle.
A perfectly grilled cheese sandwich is a childhood staple that just brings me back… dipping them in tomato soup (is that weird?) or being in high school and adding the best ever pickles on top and dipping them in ketchup (even more weird?).
How To Make Classic Grilled Cheese Breakfast Recipe At Home
First, mix eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.
Next, heat up 2 butter cubes in a frying pan over medium flame and add the egg mixture. When the egg mixture begins to set, just fold egg and do not stir much. Then, remove the egg mixture with slight stickiness.
Now, in the same pan add one cube of butter and sauté the boiled chicken pieces with broccoli and carrot. (You can sauté sausages in the place of chicken). Add salt and black pepper powder to taste.
Now keep aside the mixture and clean the pan.
Then, take one slice of bread, grease butter on it and place the buttered covered side down on a grilled pan. Now add the egg mixture with veggies and meat on the bread slice. Add grated chesses on the top and add second layer of egg mixture with vegetable and meat and again coat the mixture with cheese grated.
Finally, place a bread slice on the top of it and grease the butter on the bread slice and keep the butter side on top.
Fry both sides of bread slices until they catch color. You need to cover the pan with lid that the cheese gets melt and provides a good texture to your grilled cheese bread recipe. Wait until the bread gets golden brown in color.
You can keep the mixture ready in your fridge. Hence, you can prepare the grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast fast and easy.
If you want to double the taste of your grilled cheesy breakfast then you can add your favorite seasoning to relish your taste buds.
Don’t Serve the Grilled Cheesy Breakfast Alone
You can use any dip you prefer with the grilled cheese recipe. Consider mayonnaise or chili tomato sauce with this breakfast menu and dissolve into to the realm of taste.
